IDEAL DESIGN CORPORATION is a Chicago area residential land development company specializing in designs that emphasize conservation and community. We find and develop land in desirable locations using properties that range from farm fields to old factories to existing single family homes on large lots.

Working whenever possible with in-fill locations and redeveloping existing properties allows us opportunity to more often enter a market area with little or no direct competition.  Emphasis on superior design with detailed attention to aesthetic considerations at little or no extra cost create a competitive marketing advantage over less attractive “plain vanilla” communities.
