Who We Are

Company President Mary E. McGinty has been in the real estate industry since 1990.  As a Director of Marketing Research she provided guidance and problem solving to builders /developers during the challenging early 1990’s.  Looking in-depth at the various elements of builders’ efforts and what does or doesn’t work gave her a solid grounding in the business.  An assessment of sales and marketing efforts was an inevitable part of the problem analysis.  Recognizing repeatedly how important – and how poorly managed – this area often is gave her incentive to learn about it in depth through sales. 

In the sales arena she worked as sales manager for several area home builders.  Acquiring a direct understanding of new home sales and marketing she was able to test and hone her understandings of sales transactions and the various elements of marketing – an interest begun back in business school while working on her M.B.A.

Moving from sales to land development with a local mid-size building & development company Mary found her true calling.  From finding land and negotiating its acquisition, to subdivision and product planning, Mary has been involved in every element of land development work.  She resides with her husband Jim and two children in Warrenville.
